Owner files, resident histories, insurance data, and other critical records pertaining to each property, are stored in secure easily accessible building files.
In the everyday process of managing real estate assets, upgrading, remodeling and replacing capital items is common. Our expertise in assessing and facilitating the required improvements provides our clients with the maximum return on their investment.
The legal issues and implications surrounding the management business have grown dramatically. AGA’s expertise with these legal matters provides effective management of tenant groups, rent collections, evictions, required notice, ADA compliance, environmental issues and tenant rights.
