Arthur
Goldner,
President and CEO
Arthur Goldner, the founder of AG&A, has been
a licensed real estate broker since 1971. Mr. Goldner has extensive
experience in the acquisition and management of commercial investment
real estate. Under his leadership, over the past 27 years, AG&A
has established itself as a leader in the Chicago real estate brokerage
community and for its in-house management division. In addition,
AG&A has completed more than 80 real estate acquisitions of
commercial investment properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan
area and other markets in the Midwest. These acquisitions, on behalf
of partnerships and limited liability companies, were all headed
by Mr. Goldner, in his capacity as general partner or managing member.
Mr. Goldner attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana
and majored in architecture. |

Arthur
Evans,
Counsel and Partner
Arthur H. Evans is the managing partner of the law
firm of Evans, Loewenstein, Shimanovsky and Moscardini, Ltd. He
has been engaged in the practice of law since 1974 and specializes
in areas of corporations, taxation and real estate. Mr. Evans is
also a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Evans has been instrumental in the structuring of many of AG&As
offerings of real estate partnerships, and is currently serving
as general partner and/or managing member in several of AG&As
partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Evans received
his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University
of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and his law degree from DePaul University. |

Ty
R. Stetzenmeyer,
CPM®, CCIM, Vice President,
Director of Property Management
Mr. Stetzenmeyer, a licensed real estate broker, oversees the Property
Management Division as well as manages and leases retail and office
buildings. He has over 28 years of diverse real estate experience,
including direct operations management, asset management, facilities
management and supervisory responsibilities of multi-family, retail,
office and special use properties. Stetzenmeyer is a Certified Property
Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified
Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Real Estate Investment
Institute. |

Lee
Kotler,
Vice President
Lee Kotler is a Vice President at Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc. Mr. Kotler is currently involved in several real estate investment partnerships throughout the Midwest as both a General Partner/Manager and limited partner. In addition to the acquisition and management of commercial investment real estate, Kotler also has experience in commercial and residential brokerage, tenant representation and property management. Prior to joining AG&A, Kotler was a Managing Member of Edward Art Products, LLC, a privately owned manufacturing business which he sold. Mr. Kotler received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Kotler is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. |

Rachel
Bubis,
Director of Property Management Accounting
Ms. Bubis, a license real estate salesperson, has
been with Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc. for over 13 years.
During this time she has headed up the firms data processing
division. In addition, Ms. Bubis is in charge of all technological
upgrades to the computer systems and real estate software. Her education
and experience before joining Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc.
were related to computer science and software programming. |

Nortman,
Associate Vice President
Ms. Nortman, a licensed real estate salesperson,
has over 15 years experience in property management of residential,
office and retail properties. Her expertise in residential management
has helped AGA maintain its long relationship with third party owners
and institutions such as the Northern Trust, Bank One and several
private family trusts. |

Alvey,
CPM®, CCIM, RPA, Property Manager
Lenisa
Alvey is the Property Manager for Meidinger Tower, a 332,000 square
foot Class A high-rise office building in Louisville, Kentucky.
Lenisa has over 20 years of property management experience in commercial,
retail, and industrial disciplines. Lenisa has earned her Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute,
her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute
of Real Estate Management, and her Real Property Administrator (RPA)
designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute |

Richard
Schnobrich,
Property Manager
Mr. Schnobrich, a licensed real estate salesperson,
fits right in with the AGAs team to provide complete real
estate services. He has seven years experience in the banking and
finance industry where he was facilitated mortgages and prepared
discounted mortgage packages for resale. He also has eleven years
experience in facilities management included working with contractors
and municipal authorities. Further, his years of office and multifamily
leasing and management experience combined with his MBA with a concentration
in Finance makes him a very valuable asset to our team. |

Pinto,
Property Manager
Ms. Pinto, a licensed real estate salesperson, has over 15 years
in property management managing retail centers and multifamily buildings.
Her experience includes The Brementowne Mall, a 375,000 square foot
shopping center in Tinley Park, Illinois, The Greenbrook Executive
Center, a 120,000 square foot professional medical building and
a 1.4 million square foot Industrial Park in Franklin Park, IL.
Presently she is responsible for the daily management of 17 residential
properties throughout the City of Chicago and Evanston. |

Patricia
A. Moutes,
RPA, Property Manager
Patricia Moutes is the property manager of the National City Center at One Cascade Plaza, a 284,000 square foot, twenty three story Class A office high rise in Akron, Ohio. Ms. Moutes has over fourteen years of diverse real estate experience, including property management, asset management, transaction management and real estate sales. Ms. Moutes obtained her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). Ms. Moutes serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Greater Akron as Director of Finance. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) East Central Ohio as Director of Communication.
